Our Skyrunning Development course offers two days of gaining technical skills and confidence running on rocky mountain terrain. This course is ideal for anybody looking to run in the mountains or compete in races like the Snowdon Skyrace, Glencoe Skyline, UTS or any other mountain race.
This two-day development course is aimed at the mountain runner looking to gain confidence and technical ability running in the mountains. We will coach you on uphill movement with or without poles, show you how to move over rocky sections and give you the tools to descend steep ground like a pro. You will also receive a wealth of other important techniques and tips that will help you move faster in the mountains.
