What to expect!
Our Skyrunning Intro will help you develop a better understanding of all aspects of mountain running from how to ascend steep mountainous terrain - to technical downhills or loose scree. You will receive coaching on how to become more efficient on the uphills, how to use running poles and how to gain confidence running downhill on technical or loose terrain. It's a fantastic two days with no pressure on speed or time and loads of opportunity to progress and develop as a runner. We also give you plenty of time to relax, take pictures and enjoy the incredible views.
