Trail Running is a great way to experience the outdoors where you give up the pavements and roads for stunning scenery and miles of quiet muddy trails. For most runners, it’s a liberating experience and many will never go back to the roads once they experience the joy of running outdoors on the trails.
Our Trail Running Introduction is the perfect way to experience the best trails Snowdonia has to offer while helping you develop the skills you need to run in the hills on your own.
We will show you what equipment to take, how to use a map and compass and how to plan your own run in the hills or mountains. You will also receive coaching on your uphill and downhill technique and learn about nutrition and clothing.
This year we are also really excited to be supported by Montane who are partnering up with us to provide you with some clothing samples and running packs to use during the course.
