Our two-day intermediate navigation course in Snowdonia offers participants the opportunity to enhance their map reading and compass skills in the challenging mountain terrain of Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri (Snowdonia National Park). Day one focuses on refining basic navigation techniques, including route planning and contour interpretation, while day two involves practical exercises in more remote areas, emphasizing accuracy and confidence in off-path navigation. This immersive experience not only builds competence but will ensure you can enjoy bigger mountain journeys with improved safety.
