Steep uphills, rocky ridges and technical downhills await - guaranteeing loads of adventure and epic mountain scenery. Our SkyRunning Introduction will show you all the skills and techniques needed to get started so you can get out into the mountains on your own.
Our SkyRunning Introduction is a fun and relaxed two-day course that will introduce you to running in the mountains on technical mountain terrain. You will develop your footwork, improve your confidence on rock and become faster on the downhills. You will also learn about clothing, footwear and what to carry in your pack on a mountain run.

- Full coaching throughout the course
This course will be delivered by a fully qualified UK Athletics Coach and Mountain Leader, guaranteeing you get the best out of your two days. The pace is relaxed with plenty of workshop sections and discussion. If you're after a fun day out running, learning and building your confidence then this course is for you.
