It's been a busy month in the mountains with loads of mountaineering courses and a trip to the Cuillin Ridge and Glencoe. The weather has been tricky at times but it still made for a great month. Here are some of our favourite pictures from May.
May in Pictures
Crib Goch on a misty start to the month. Was great to get out with regular clients Emma and Lisa and ace to see how they are both gaining confidence on steep ground and loving the mountains.
During our Skye trip we came across a walker who had sustained some serious injuries and needed our help, we requested the assistance of Skye MRT and provided first aid until they arrived. A complex stretcher carry to the helicopter and the walker made a full recovery.
After a terrible week of weather on Skye we decided to run away to Glencoe and try our luck with the better conditions, the gamble paid off and we enjoyed a great day on the Aonach Eagach Ridge.
Alex and VC having a great day out on the Clogwyn y Person Arete for our Alpine Preparation course for Adventure Base. We love running these courses and had such a great time with a really fun group.
